This website is operated by Melvin H Jewelers LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Melvin H Jewelers LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Any violation of these Terms may result in termination of service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & PRICING

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We make every effort to display product images accurately but cannot guarantee exact color representation.

SECTION 4 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may be limited or canceled if they appear fraudulent, high risk, or placed by resellers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

SECTION 5 – FRAUD PREVENTION & TRANSACTION VERIFICATION

Melvin H Jewelers LLC actively monitors transactions for fraud prevention and risk mitigation. We reserve the right to require billing or identity verification, request additional documentation for high-value transactions, cancel transactions flagged as high risk, and refuse service at our discretion. All transactions are subject to address verification (AVS), CVV verification, and manual review when necessary. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud or chargeback abuse.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY

All shipments are sent fully insured and require signature confirmation. Orders are shipped via FedEx Hold for Pickup at authorized FedEx locations. A valid government-issued ID is required to retrieve packages. Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered and signed for at the designated pickup location, Melvin H Jewelers LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or mishandling. Proof of delivery, signature confirmation, and carrier documentation constitute valid fulfillment confirmation.

SECTION 7 – DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Melvin H Jewelers LLC directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without attempting direct resolution may be considered abuse of the dispute process. We reserve the right to submit documentation to financial institutions including proof of delivery, signature confirmation, identity verification records, IP address logs, transaction authorization records, and customer communications. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Melvin H Jewelers LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or products purchased. Liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melvin H Jewelers LLC from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
