SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – MELVIN H JEWELERS LLC

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed with Melvin H Jewelers LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud screening.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless additional verification is required.

Melvin H Jewelers LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel any order flagged as high risk or unable to be verified.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

SECURE SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Due to the high value of fine jewelry, all shipments are sent using strict security protocols.

For security purposes:

• All orders are shipped fully insured

• Signature confirmation is mandatory

• Orders are shipped via FedEx

• Packages are sent as FedEx Hold for Pickup at authorized FedEx locations

• A valid government-issued ID is required to retrieve the package

• We do not ship to PO Boxes

This secure shipping procedure is implemented to protect both our customers and our business from fraud and delivery disputes.

ADDRESS & PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Billing and shipping information must be accurate and verifiable.

Orders with mismatched billing details, incomplete addresses, or unverifiable payment information may be delayed or canceled.

We reserve the right to request additional identification or verification documentation for high-value transactions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is limited and approved on a case-by-case basis.

International orders may require additional identity verification, bank verification, alternative payment methods, and extended processing time.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Melvin H Jewelers LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY

All shipments require signature confirmation at the designated FedEx pickup location.

Once a package has been signed for and released, Melvin H Jewelers LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or mishandling.

Proof of delivery and carrier confirmation constitute valid fulfillment of the order.

Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
