REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – MELVIN H JEWELERS LLC


ALL SALES POLICY

Due to the nature, value, and security classification of fine jewelry, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Melvin H Jewelers LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT (3-DAY WINDOW)

We offer exchanges or store credit within 3 days of confirmed delivery or pickup for eligible items.


To qualify:


  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging and documentation
  • Security tags (if applicable) must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is required



All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting: melvinhnyc@hotmail.com


Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:


  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Resized or modified jewelry
  • Special order items
  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration



SHIPPING & RETURN SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

If an exchange or store credit is approved:


  • Items must be shipped fully insured
  • Signature confirmation is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for uninsured or improperly packaged returns
  • Returns must be shipped within 3 business days of authorization



Unauthorized returns will be refused.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:


  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
  • Include photos and order details
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied



All claims are subject to review and investigation.


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may be subject to:


  • Deduction of original shipping costs
  • Deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees



Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.


FRAUD PREVENTION NOTICE

Melvin H Jewelers LLC actively monitors transactions for fraud prevention.

Orders flagged as high risk may be canceled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service if fraudulent activity is suspected.


EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers may request cancellation within 14 days in accordance with applicable law.

Returned items must meet all original condition requirements and are subject to inspection and approval.
